At Menopause Redefined, we’re committed to providing you with a smooth and supportive shopping experience. We understand that your journey through menopause matters, which is why we prioritise delivering your order with care. Below, you’ll find all the essential details regarding our shipping & returns policy, designed to ensure your experience with us is as seamless and enjoyable as possible.

UK Shipping

  • Standard Delivery: We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Deliveries are typically made within 2-3 working days.

  • Bank Holidays: Orders placed on bank holidays will be processed the following working day.

International Shipping

  • Customs and Duties: For orders shipped outside the UK, customs charges, import duties, or taxes may apply and are the customer's responsibility. Menopause Redefined cannot be held responsible for any charges or for shipments delayed or held by customs. We recommend checking with your local customs office for further guidance.

  • Delivery Times: Please be aware that international orders may face delays due to customs checks. Our delivery times are general estimates.

Returns Policy
We are committed to ensuring that you feel satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, we’re here to guide you through the process.

UK Returns

  • Eligible Items: We accept returns for unopened items with seals intact, returned in original packaging, within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • How to Notify Us: To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at enquiries@menopause-redefined.com.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Return postage is the customer’s responsibility, and we recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe return. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of any items where the seal has been broken.

International Returns

  • Eligible Items: We accept returns for unopened items with seals intact, returned in their original packaging.

  • Notification Period: Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

  • Return Shipping Costs: All costs associated with returning international items are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend a trackable delivery service.

Refund Process
We aim to process all returns within 14 working days of receiving them. During peak times, this may extend to up to 30 working days. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. Please note that if your return contains multiple items and you are only returning part of the order, we will not refund the original shipping cost.

Damaged or Defective Goods
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we sincerely apologise and will help resolve the issue.

  • Reporting a Problem: Please notify us within 5 working days of delivery, including your order number and photos of the damaged item.

  • Refund of Return Costs for Faulty Items: We will cover standard shipping costs incurred when returning faulty goods. Additional costs for expedited services are not reimbursed.

Order Amendments and Cancellations
Once an order is placed, we work to process and dispatch it as quickly as possible. If an amendment is necessary, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

  • Order Cancellation: If an order is cancelled by Menopause Redefined due to stock availability or delivery limitations, we will notify you by email and issue a full refund promptly.

Lost or Missing Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us, and we will help to track down your order. While Menopause Redefined cannot be held responsible for delivery delays by third-party carriers, we will support you to resolve the matter.
